Client Obligations and Right of Access

• Accurate Information: Clients must provide precise, authentic, and up-to-date data regarding site layout, entry points, and specific threat levels.
• Authorized Entry: Clients must grant our deployed officers, foot patrols, and field supervisors complete and unhindered legal access to the designated perimeter to perform their protective duties.

Limitation of Liability

While Expo Security Consultant Inc. deploys highly trained, licensed personnel and premium tracking technology to deter criminal activity, minimize hazards, and maintain order, we do not provide absolute insurance against third-party criminal trespass, unpredictable fire hazards, or property damage. Clients are required to maintain active, valid property and asset insurance policies.

Service Modifications and Revisions

Expo Security Consultant Inc. reserves the correct authority to modify these terms, update operational schedules, or revise service rates at any time. Any changes will become instantly effective upon posting to this page.
